Greg has over 27 years experience working within the mining industry in a diverse range of mineral extraction, processing and engineering companies; bringing to Ascentis, a focus on operational and operational readiness strategies based on real world experience.
Greg has also had a long involvement with establishing and implementing strategies that are focussed on addressing skills development within the mining and processing industries with a particular interest in developing workable solutions for remote areas that have limited experience mining or mineral processing personnel.
Joe Archer
Manager Operations
Joe has over 30 years experience in Mineral Processing, with extensive knowledge in the area of operations and maintenance. Joe specialises in the development and delivery of optimal operating and maintenance strategies that will ultimately result in delivering the required project outcomes.
Joe worked on major national and international projects and is familiar with the requirements and challenges that are associated with operating and maintaining a project in various locations.
Andrew Harrington
Operations Manager - Metalliferous
Andrew has over 19 years experience working within the mining industry. Commencing his career in W.A., Andrew has worked in a diverse range of locations, both nationally and internationally, covering a large section of the mineral processing sector.
Having been heavily involved in the training development and delivery section of the mineral processing sector, Andrew brings a focus on operational training and delivery strategies that are focused on skill development at the operational level.
Duncan Cabassi
Operations Manager - Coal
Duncan has over 25 years of experience working within the Coal Mining Industry. He has extensive knowledge in all facets of Coal Handling Preparation Plant, Operations and Maintenance fields. Having been involved in several operations across the coal mining sector in a variety of management roles, Duncan has a focus on Project and Asset Management, delivering innovative processes, problem solving techniques, and positive outcomes within these core areas of business.
In 2004 Duncan achieved his Graduate Certificate of Maintenance Management from the Central Queensland University.
