Ausenco Enhances its Global Services.

Ausenco Limited is pleased to announce the recent opening of a new Bangkok office as the regional headquarters for Ausenco’s Global Procurement Services (GPS) team.
Operating to provide Global Procurement services across Ausenco’s global project pipeline, the new office will coordinate Ausenco’s global supply chain network and maximise the opportunities from procurement synergies and systems worldwide. As the central hub, the Bangkok team will manage and coordinate global procurement activities with a locally based procurement team in Beijing.
GPS will be able to provide optimal leverage from regional procurement experience whilst delivering capital cost savings and lower operational costs. Operationally GPS will facilitate the procurement of capital equipment, bulk commodities, replacement equipment and production consumables.
GPS has the international capability in providing services in the areas of master supply agreements, commercial negotiations and also experience in international contracting.
Headed up by Mr Don Gould, General Manager - Global Procurement and Contracts, GPS is reinforcing the synergies for the utilisation of Ausenco’s expanding networks within the Asia Pacific region.
