Ascentis is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), certified by Australian Government organisations and mining industry bodies.
Ascentis has the in-house ability to design, deliver, accredit and monitor complete training packages specific to the mining industry, and adaptable to wider industry applications.
We provide nationally recognised training and certification in the following courses:
- MNM20305 Certificate II Metalliferous Mining Mineral Processing
- MNM30305 Certificate III Metalliferous Mining Mineral Processing
- MNM20105 Certificate II Metalliferous Mining Open Cut
- MNM30105 Certificate III Metalliferous Mining Open Cut
- Metalliferous Core Generic Induction - Licensed through Mining Industry Skill Centre
- Supervisory Training S1, S2 and S3
The Ascentis RTO offers a consultancy service whereby mining industry companies can have customised training programs developed or current training initiatives examined.
Ascentis determines individual company requirements and working with site personnel can develop and implement training solutions for production and safety issues.
The RTO service covers a range of areas including:
- Skill Profiling
- Training Needs Analysis
- Shift Profiling
- Training Plan Development
- Resource Development (Training Modules, SOP’s)
- Development of Assessment Tools for units of competency that fall within our scope of registration (nationally accredited)
- Development of Assessment Tools to support client developed or non-accredited training materials.
Ascentis can conduct an audit as a one-off activity in order to give an independent review of your organisation's Training Program, or alternatively, can provide a periodic auditing service to monitor your Training Program as an on-going service.
